Luella Amanda Shue

Luella Amanda Shue of Columbus Twp passed away June 15, 2025 at the age of 94. Luella was born April 4, 1931 to the late Herman and Amanda Hebel where she grew up on the family farm with 12 other siblings. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence Shue and was a caring mother to their four children. Luella loved to read, play piano, was an avid bird watcher, and was very active for many years in her church. She is survived by her sister, Betty Hebel, two sons, Larry and Dennis Shue and her cherished grandchildren, Angela and Nicole Shue, Ryan and Justin Shue, Jason (Beth) Brickel, Brad (Shelly) Brickel, Emily (Eric) Simmons, Max Wittner, and her loved great grandchildren Olivia, Jacob, Harrison, Gavri, Jack, Nicholas, Ryan, Sydney, James, Alaina, Myzuki, and Dylan. She is predeceased by her husband Lawrence Shue, daughters Bronwen and Carrie Shue, and grandson Eric Shue.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 p.m. until the time of Service on Friday, June 20, 2025 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond Mi 48062.
