LOUELLA MAE BAUMAN age 71 of Richmond died Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Bauman was born November 6, 1937 in Newberry, Michigan to the late Ralph and Marguerite (Dickinson) Lohr. She married Alfred Bauman in Richmond on July 3, 1954. Louella retired in 1995 after seventeen years from Chrysler Corporation where she worked as a sewing machine operator. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Richmond and the Women's Auxiliary of the VFW in Richmond. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, playing computer games and going to the casinos. She is survived by her husband, Alfred, children, Alfred Bauman of Kimball Twp., Deborah (David) Tardiff of Clarkston, Pamela (Robie) Clearwood of St. Clair Twp. and Brenda Bauman of Roseville, brothers, Ralph, Edward and Marshall (Sue) Lohr all of Muskegon, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy. A funeral service will be on Friday, March 6, 2009 at 11:00am in St. Peter Lutheran Church. Reverends Gerhardt Doroh and Randy Lett will officiate. Burial will be in Richmond Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond and Friday from 10:30 to 11:00am in the church. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
