Leonard Jakubiak

LEONARD JAKUBIAK age 75 of Naubinway, MI, formerly of Memphis, Mi died October 11, 2014. He is survived by his wife Gloria and siblings; John (Gerry) of Wales, Dan (Rose) of Wales, A.J. (Lynn) of Kenokee Twp, Phyllis (Tony) Sulkowski of Richmond and Sue (Cliff) Krimmel of Richmond, sister-in-law, Claudia Jakubiak and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; Anthony and Mary (Macilowski) Jakubiak and brother Thomas Jakubiak on May 7, 2008. A memorial service will be Sunday, May 10, 2015 at 4:00pm in Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond. Father Tony Sulkowski, his nephew will officiate.
