Florence L. Schrank

Florence L. Schrank, age 82, of Columbus, formerly of Casco, died Monday, February 25, 2013 in McLaren-Macomb Hospital. She was born July 29, 1930 in St. Clair Shores to the late Carl and Catherine (Brannigan) Frasier. She married Elmer Schrank October 5, 1946 in Detroit. Mrs. Schrank enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo and doing word search puzzles. She is survived by her sons Dennis (Ladonna) of Lynden, Washington, Elmer of Riley and Michael (Debra) of Columbus and a daughter, Florence (Thomas) Fricke of Greenwood, Indiana; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren and a sister, Shirley Frasier of Dearborn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; a grandson, Brent Fricke in December 2012 and siblings, Carl, Ruth, Betty, Grace and Doris. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013 in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Visitation will be held Wednesday, from 3-8 p.m. and from 9-10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Richmond Cemetery, Richmond. Memorials may be made to the family or Medilodge of Richmond for the Activity Center.
