Albert Adams

ALBERT ADAMS 82 of Clinton Township died January 5, 2009 in Henry Ford Macomb Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Adams was born June 18, 1926 in Marine City, Michigan to the late Charles and Antoinette Adams. Al worked as a carpenter at Detroit Mercy Hospital until his retirement in 2000. He was a Korean War Veteran serving with the United States Army. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Richmond and enjoyed playing golf, doing crossword puzzles and watching all sports. He is survived by his long time friends and guardians, Don and Marie Krzesowiak of Clinton Township, sister-in-law, Irene Adams of Richmond and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Joseph and Charles Adams and Nellie Metz and nephews, Melvin Metz and Dale Adams. A funeral Mass was Thursday at in St. Augustine Catholic Church. Reverend Joseph Plawecki officiated. Burial was in St. Michael Cemetery, Richmond.
